Project’s kick-off meeting is organized on 2-3 December 2014, in Ankara, Turkey. All partner institutions were represented in the meeting. Agenda included management issues such as the contract, partner contracts, eligibility, declaration and documentation of activities and costs, deadline for the first internal report, communication and dissemination platform and the dates for future transnational meetings.
Presentations were made to provide background information on project related themes. Partners invited to explore and reflect on the landscape of their organizations and services by the use innovative methodologies, namely Lego Serious Play and Business Model You. Partner’s landscape exercises used also to explore touch points between/among partners and their practices. First edition (preliminary) of the X-Libris Matrix is created.
