Transnational Meetings & Minutes

  • TR Transnational Meeting (Kick-off) & Meeting Minutes
    Minutes of the Kick-off Meeting (Transnational Meeting in Turkey) which is held in Midas Hotel, Ankara between 2-3 December 2014. All partners were represented. It was mainly about administrational issues and project planning.
  • LT Transnational Meeting & Meeting Minutes
    Minutes of the Lithuanian Transnational Meeting which is held in Radviliškis District Municipality Educational and Sport Service Centre, Radviliškis, Lithuania between 2-6 March 2015. All partners were represented. First day was dedicated to administrational issues. During the following two days a workshop was organized for school librarians and in the last two days another workshop was organized for teachers and students from the district.
  • DE Transnational Meeting & Meeting Minutes
    Minutes of the German Transnational Meeting which was held between 8-12 June 2015, at Leipzig and Kabelsketal, Germany. First day was for study visits to Stadtbibliothek Leipzig (City Library of Leipzig) and Bibliotheca Albertina (Albertina University Library) to observe innovative smart ICT based library services. Second day was dedicated to project management issues such as reports and documentation of activities, costs, and dissemination initiatives. A workshop was organized on the following two days (10-11 June) with local stake holders. Last day was for the evaluation of the workshop and therefore the further development of the methodology.
  • BG Transnational Meeting & Meeting Minutes
    Minutes of the Bulgarian Transnational Meeting which was held between 27-31 July 2015, in Varna, Bulgaria. First day and last day were dedicated to project management issues. Two workshops were organized in between. First workshop was with library users and lasted for a day, second one with librarians and lasted for two days.
  • ES Transnational Meeting & Meeting Minutes
    Minutes of the Transnational Meeting in Spain which was held between 22-26 February 2016, in A Coruna, Spain. First day and last day were dedicated to project management issues. Two workshops were organized in between. First workshop was about Brick-me Platform the second was about Instructional Technologies (such as Udemy and Snagit).
  • TR Transnational Meeting & Meeting Minutes
    Minutes of the last Transnational Meeting which was held in 27th June 2016, in Ankara, Turkey. This meeting was dedicated to the evaluation of Final Event, project management issues and the remaining work to be done to complete the project on time.

Evaluation Reports

All project meetings have been evaluated directly after the meeting with short statements by the partners, most of them were recorded as videos accessible though project Vimeo Channels. Additionally, after each transnational meeting, the partners were asked to answer some questions in written form. In the case of Multiplier Event, onsite evaluation techniques were used. Furthermore participants were sent an online questionnaire to fill in. Before the closing, project partners were send a final evaluation questionnaire to sum up all aspects of the project. In the end one overall evaluation report was prepared.
